Jonas Baier

*1983. Jonas Baier started 1999 as a Graphic Designer with a passion for writing, illustration, animation, film and sound. Dived 2008–2011 into philosophy and game design. Launched 2017 the first Motion Design education in Switzerland tailored to ad agency creatives. Spent the past decade at Qube Creatives as a Full-Stack Creative developing brand-aligned concepts and narratives for campaigns, idents, explainer videos, product showcases, and image films. He wrote treatments and scripts, planned shoots, created design boards and pitch presentations, illustrated, animated, directed, filmed, edited and designed sound. He was also responsible for training aspiring motion picture professionals. Since 2025, Jonas Baier has been working independently as a director and producer, concept developer and designer. He lives and works in Aarau.
